Where do you ship?
Currently, we offer free shipping across the continental U.S.A. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for an additional fee.
We’re working on expanding our ability to ship internationally in the future. If you are interested in our products and are outside our shipping zone, email us! We’d love to hear from you.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
All orders within the continental U.S.A. qualify for free shipping! We also ship to other select U.S. territories for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
We have several shipping options that you can choose at checkout. Free shipping will typically take 5-10 business days dependent upon location. Expedited shipping will take 2-3 business days with an additional charge of $15.
I would like to change my order. What should I do?
Please email us at hello@thisiseveren.com as soon as you can. We’ll try our best to make your desired changes before the shipment is sent.
I would like to cancel my order.
We process your orders as fast as we can, which leaves little time for cancellations. Please email us at hello@thisiseveren.com as soon as possible with “Cancellation” in your email header and include your order number. We will assist you as soon as we can but unfortunately cannot make any accommodations once your order is shipped.
My order is incorrect or damaged.
We are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@thisiseveren.com with your desired order and order number, and we will send you a corrected order as soon as we can.
I would like to return my products.
If you're not in love with your products, contact us at hello@thisiseveren.com. We're happy to help with application tips, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
We accept new or lightly used products for returns within 30 days of order delivery from thisiseveren.com only. If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy. Free products have no return value. Examples include samples, gifts with purchase, or gifted products.
Please initiate your return by emailing us with your order number, the email address that was used to place the order, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and reason for the return. There is a flat return shipping fee of $5.95.
Additional handling will not be covered by Everen unless the product arrives damaged.

What skin types are your serums suitable for?
All skin types! Whether you have oily, dry, combination, or sensitive skin, our products are designed to provide effective and gentle skincare. We prioritize using clean and safe ingredients to promote healthy and radiant skin.
Can I use your serums if I have sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Our serums are formulated with sensitivity in mind. However, it's always recommended to perform a patch test before applying any new skincare product to ensure compatibility with your skin.
Are Everen products “natural”?
Philosophically, we do not believe the best efficacy comes from naturally derived ingredients only. In fact, there can be natural ingredients that are potentially irritating to the skin, such as essential oils. Rather, we are very careful and thoughtful in our formulations to achieve the best outcomes while avoiding known irritants. As a result, we formulate with a very high concentration of naturally derived ingredients, which may cause slight variations in coloring batch to batch
We also adhere to Sephora Clean, Credo, The Good Face Index, Paula’s Rating, and EWG guidelines to ensure that every ingredient we use is safe and healthy for your skin.
Is it normal that there are color variations in each bottle of serum?
The natural color variations reflect the diversity of botanicals we use, ensuring you experience the best that nature has to offer. Our serums are crafted with a high concentration of naturally derived ingredients, each with its unique pigments. As a result, you may notice slight variations in color from batch to batch as well as changes to color over time. This is completely normal and a testament to the authenticity and natural origins of our formulations. Rest assured, the efficacy of the serum remains consistent, delivering the same high-quality skincare benefits.
Are your skincare serums vegan?
Yes, all our skincare serums are 100% vegan. We are committed to providing products that do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Do you test on animals?
Never
What is the shelf life of your skincare serums?
Our serums have a recommended shelf life of 24 months. To ensure optimal efficacy, store them in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
What is the PAO (Period After Opening) for your products?
The PAO, or Period After Opening, for our skincare serums is specific to each product. This symbol is found on the packaging and indicates the recommended period for which the product remains suitable for use after it has been opened. To ensure the effectiveness of our serums, we recommend using them within this specified timeframe.
Our Gingko Bright serum has a shorter PAO of 2 months, but do not be shocked! This is because of its high level of naturally derived active ingredients. We formulate accordingly to maintain the best efficacy of the serum for your skin. We’ve also chosen to bottle this in smaller 1.0 fl. oz. or 30 mL quantity so that none of it goes to waste!
What does "responsible skincare" mean for your company?
Responsible skincare, for us, involves sustainable and ethical practices throughout our entire production process while still balancing customer experience. We prioritize eco-conscious packaging, ethical sourcing of ingredients, and ways to minimize environmental impact.
As an example, we choose glass for all our product packaging because of its sustainability and recyclability. That said, availability of recycling of frosted and printed glass varies by area. If your local recycling does not take frosted or printed glass, we would recommend bringing it to a collection point through TerraCycle.
